By accessing or using ProvenTools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

ProvenTools provides access to curated databases of business ideas, tool concepts, and educational guides. We offer two bundle tiers:

• Core Bundle ($149): Access to all idea databases and guides
• Full Bundle ($299): Everything in Core plus Backlink Rocket system

To access our service, you must:

• Create an account with a valid email address
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

• All purchases are one-time payments for lifetime access
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Due to the digital nature of our product, all sales are final
• If you experience technical issues, contact us for support

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Redistribute, resell, or publicly share our content
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content
• Attempt to circumvent our access controls
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

The ProvenTools database, guides, and design elements are owned by us. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to:

• Build and profit: You can use any idea to build a product, SaaS, app, or business and keep 100% of the revenue
• Personal use: Access the content for your own business research and development
• No exclusivity: Ideas are not exclusive - other users may build similar products

You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share the database content itself.

ProvenTools is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any business idea will be successful or profitable. The ideas and information provided are for educational and inspirational purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to access the service will immediately cease.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
